Lata Return & Refunds Policy

Change of Mind: Please choose your Lata Candle Studio pieces carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. As a small, handmade business, we appreciate your understanding.

Faulty or Damaged Items: Under the Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, or if you believe your candle has a manufacturing fault (e.g., doesn't burn correctly, significant defect), please contact us immediately at hello@latastudio.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or a video clearly showing the damage or fault

We will assess your claim promptly and work with you to provide an appropriate remedy (including replacement or refund) in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
