Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Methods
Standard shipping within Australia is $10 AUD. Orders over $150 AUD qualify for free standard shipping. We ship using Australia Post.

Delivery Time
Domestic orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t take responsibility for delays or missing orders due to incorrect address details.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Missing Packages
Once your order has shipped, it’s in the hands of the courier. If your package has not been delivered within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at hello@latastudio.com.

We’ll do our best to help track it down or resolve the issue with the courier. While we can’t take responsibility for parcels marked as “delivered” but not received, we’ll always try to support you where we can.
